Join the Colyton Foundation, a growing charity working to ensure that young people’s backgrounds do not limit their access to higher education. We’re looking for an organised and proactive Programme Administrator to support the delivery of our impactful programmes for pupils, teachers and schools across the South West. Working in a job-share arrangement, you’ll play a key role in coordinating events, managing communications and keeping our programmes running smoothly.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate programme logistics, events and activities
- Act as a key point of contact for schools, families and partners
- Support communications, bookings and participant onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to programme reporting
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
