Real Estate Manager

Full-Time On-site
Colville Search

Location: London, South England,

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Expenses | Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP - we're ready when you are!

About the Role

Are you a master organiser with a black belt in logistics and an eye for the tiniest detail? Do you thrive in dynamic, high-standard environments and love the thrill of managing beautiful properties across the UK? Then step into your next big adventure.

Our high-profile client is seeking a polished and proactive Private Estate Manager to oversee an exceptional portfolio of private residences across London, the Cotswolds, and key international locations. This is not your average 9-5 - you'll be hands-on, on the move, and at the heart of an exquisite, fast-paced world.

The Role Includes:

  • Being the go-to person for all estate-related matters - nothing gets past you.
  • Booking and managing contractors, trades, and suppliers with military precision.
  • Regular travel between properties to ensure standards are impeccable
  • Overseeing refurbishments, landscaping, and interior updates - think country house to cosmopolitan penthouse.
  • Full responsibility for hiring, training, and managing household staff across multiple residences - including housekeepers, chefs, and other domestic team
  • Sourcing and vetting new hires with discretion and speed - from recruitment through to onboarding and probation management.
  • Working directly with the client - they're hands-on, meticulous, and expect the same. You'll need to anticipate needs before they're even spoken.

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned estate/property manager with experience in ultra-high-net-worth environments.
  • Proven ability to recruit, manage, and retain private household staff in demanding, multi-property settings.
  • Unflappable, with a hawk's eye for detail - if a picture frame is 2mm off, you'll spot it.
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, and scheduling.
  • Happy working independently, but confident working closely with an exacting, highly involved principal.
  • Willingness to travel frequently - this is very much a boots-on-the-ground role.
  • Impeccable discretion and confidentiality. Always.

Perks of the Role:

  • Travel opportunities to stunning homes in beautiful locations
  • Work with a client who values excellence - your work will always be appreciated (and noticed!)
  • Variety, challenge, and never a dull moment
