The Role: As a Lettings Team Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You will:

  • Assist in managing property viewings, from scheduling to conducting tours.
  • Support lettings negotiators with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and external contacts.
  • Help ensure properties are marketed and listed on all relevant platforms.
  • Offer excellent customer service, answering queries and providing information to clients.
  • Help maintain an organised database of properties, applicants, and contacts.
