Project & Legal Coordinator – Property Development

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Project & Legal Coordinator to join a fast-moving property development environment.

This role sits at the heart of live deals and developments — ensuring that legal processes run smoothly and projects stay on track from acquisition through to completion.

If you enjoy working closely with lawyers, managing transactions, and keeping complex projects moving, this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a more commercially involved role.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the key link between the business and external solicitors. Coordinate property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and planning agreements. Manage the progression from Heads of Terms through to legal completion. Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Handle legal enquiries and manage document flow across multiple stakeholders. Track legal milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to keep deals progressing. Support AML and compliance processes.

Support multiple developments across planning, construction, and completion stages. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and planning authorities to drive progress. Coordinate documentation for practical completion and handover (warranties, EPCs, certifications). Maintain structured document management systems and data rooms. Track project timelines, actions, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in property, legal coordination, or transaction-focused roles. Strong understanding of property legal processes and documentation. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Confident working with lawyers and senior stakeholders. Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware.
