A high-profile family based in central London is seeking a professional, experienced rota nanny to join their fully staffed household and care for two children aged 6 and 3.

This is not your average nanny job — it\’s a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Think: travel, wardrobe management, schedule juggling, and creative mealtimes, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Rota Schedule:

  • 1 week on / 1 week off (live out during working weeks with occasional night stay. )
  • Flexibility is essential — schedules can change quickly!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loving, engaged care for two active, curious children
  • Managing an ever-evolving daily routine and adapting on the fly
  • Overseeing wardrobe organisation (for the kids — and keeping them stylish!)
  • Travelling internationally with the family as needed
  • Preparing healthy, delicious meals for the children
  • Collaborating seamlessly with other household staff in a respectful, professional manner

You Are:

  • An experienced rota nanny, ideally with high-profile or UHNW family experience
  • Calm, organised, and capable of handling shifting priorities with a smile
  • Confident with travel, both domestic and international
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and a great communicator
  • Truly passionate about supporting children’s growth, development, and happiness
