The Role

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings across Prime Central London.
• Negotiate offers and tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and local contacts.
• Generate new business opportunities and assist in winning instructions.
• Progress tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage of the lettings process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' residential lettings experience is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, articulate, and highly presentable.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
