We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Team Assistant to join a busy property development team based in Green Park. This is a varied, admin-heavy role suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to support person, thrives on organisation and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The successful candidate will be confident managing busy diaries and inboxes, preparing meeting materials and presentations, coordinating agendas and minutes, and supporting across operations, deal processes and wider team administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and inbox management
