About Us

My client is a globally recognised business operating across borders and time zones, ensuring critical goods and services move seamlessly through international supply chains. With operations spanning key markets and a growth agenda driven by innovation, partnerships, and performance, we’re at an exciting point in our journey.

The CEO leads from the front — energetic, sharp, and focused on the big picture. To support this, we’re hiring a top-tier Executive Assistant to be their operational and strategic partner.

The Role

This is a high-impact EA position for someone who thrives in fast-moving, international environments. You’ll manage the CEO’s time, relationships, and agenda with precision, ensuring nothing gets dropped — and everything moves forward. From global calendar management to Board prep, from confidential communications to coordinating international engagements — you’ll be the calm in the storm and the engine behind the scenes.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the CEO’s right hand — coordinating priorities, managing communications, and navigating shifting demands with confidence.
  • Manage international travel, meetings, and logistics — across multiple time zones, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear, high-level briefing materials, agendas, and Board documents.
  • Act as a liaison across internal and external networks — from investors and partners to the senior leadership team.
  • Lead on projects ranging from leadership offsites to confidential initiatives.
  • Always be two steps ahead — problem-solving proactively and managing complexity with poise.

About You

  • You’ve supported C-suite execs in a fast-paced, international organisation for at least 7 years.
  • You’re confident, pragmatic, and know how to make things happen under pressure.
  • Highly organised and detail-obsessed — but always see the big picture.
  • You’re excellent with people: a trusted confidante, skilled communicator, and discreet operator.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid environment, with regular time in a London HQ.
  • Able to manage ambiguity, juggle priorities, and influence at senior levels.
