What you’ll do- Show potential residents inspiring spaces and support them through the journey to move‑in.
- Jump into viewings and follow‑ups to keep momentum high.
- Be the friendly first point of contact, creating a warm and engaging experience for every applicant.
- Keep listings clear and inviting, and make sure our CRM stays organised and up to date.
- Work with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition into the community.
- Are confident, charismatic, and love talking to people.
- Want a purpose‑led role that strengthens communities.
- Stay organised, proactive, and upbeat in a fast‑moving environment.
- £40,000 + discretionary bonus
