Help people find homes. Bring empty spaces to life. We transform empty buildings into affordable, community-driven homes — and we’re looking for a Community Lettings Manager who loves people, thrives on connection, and wants their work to make a real social impact.

What you’ll do

• Show potential residents inspiring spaces and support them through the journey to move‑in.
• Jump into viewings and follow‑ups to keep momentum high.
• Be the friendly first point of contact, creating a warm and engaging experience for every applicant.
• Keep listings clear and inviting, and make sure our CRM stays organised and up to date.
• Work with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition into the community.

• £40,000 + discretionary bonus
