Managing a luxury residential property portfolio for one dedicated client. Coordinating maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects. Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and suppliers. Managing budgets, invoices and service charge administration. Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring impeccable standards. Previous experience in residential property management. Confident managing contractors, budgets and multiple priorities.
