A world-leading luxury yachting company is seeking a Charter Assistant to support its high-performing Charter Management team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented individual looking to build a career within the luxury yachting industry. Working alongside experienced charter professionals, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for clients, brokers, and yacht crews while supporting the administration and coordination of luxury yacht charters worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Charter Management team with day-to-day administration
  • Assisting with charter bookings, client documentation, and itineraries
  • Coordinating with yacht crews, brokers, suppliers, and clients
  • Preparing charter agreements, reports, and marketing materials
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Assisting with client communications and ensuring exceptional service standards
  • Providing general team support across charter operations and projects
