We’re on the hunt for a confident, organised and compliance-savvy superstar to join our lettings team! If you love spinning plates (figuratively, not literally), know your way around property paperwork, and have a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping deals on track and paperwork perfect
- Managing pre-tenancy works (think safety checks, inventories, and getting homes move-in ready)
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Chasing documents, invoices, and making sure every box is ticked
- Ensuring compliance is on point (GSCs, EPCs, R2R, you name it)
- Helping negotiators with onboarding new landlords
- Filing, archiving, and key management (don’t worry — we’ve got a system)
- Occasionally supporting marketing with cool property campaigns
You’re Someone Who:
- Has eagle eyes for detail and dates (nothing slips through the cracks!)
- Thrives in a fast-paced office and keeps calm under pressure
- Communicates clearly and professionally (on phone, email, or in person)
- Is proactive, friendly, and enjoys helping others
- Has solid admin skills and is confident using Microsoft Office (and can pick up new systems quickly)
