Are you a pro at organising, love a good spreadsheet, and want to make a real difference in the world of financial planning? We’re looking for a Wealth Planning Assistant to keep the advisory service running like clockwork!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own admin tasks and keep client data spotless
  • Support Wealth Planners with new and existing client cases
  • Liaise with providers, chase paperwork, and manage applications
  • Keep our CRM system up to date and squeaky clean
  • Help improve how we work – your ideas are welcome!
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of admin experience in financial services
  • GCSEs in Maths & English (grade C or above)
  • Excel skills and CRM confidence
  • Detail-obsessed, self-motivated, and people-friendly
  • Bonus points for financial planning qualifications
