Are you the person who keeps everything running smoothly? We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Studio Manager & Team Assistant to become the heartbeat of our busy studio. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office running seamlessly, supporting the leadership team, coordinating HR administration, managing day‑to‑day operations and helping create a fantastic workplace culture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running front‑of‑house and creating a welcoming environment
- Managing office operations, facilities, suppliers and administration
- Supporting Directors with diaries, travel and meeting coordination
- Assisting with HR administration, onboarding and employee records
- Organising team events, wellbeing initiatives and celebrations
- Supporting finance administration and reporting
- Managing enquiries, coordinating viewings and providing general business support
