- Coordinating meetings, travel, itineraries and logistics with precision
- Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Preparing agendas, notes and follow-ups
- Managing expenses and handling confidential information with discretion
- Office Management & Experience
- Taking ownership of the look, feel and smooth running of the office
- Ensuring the space is consistently polished, organised and visually on-brand
- Managing office suppliers, deliveries and day-to-day operations
- Curating details such as flowers, refreshments, music and overall atmosphere
- Organising internal moments, team lunches and small events that enhance culture
- Being the person who ensures everything is effortless, elevated and considered
- Lifestyle, Taste & Personal Support
- Researching and booking top-tier restaurants, venues and experiences
- Sourcing thoughtful, stylish gifts for clients, talent and key moments
- Managing personal requests for the Directors with efficiency and discretion
- Staying ahead of trends across hospitality, culture, fashion and lifestyle
- Cultural & Talent-Facing Support
- Supporting projects involving talent, creatives and cultural partners
- Bringing a strong sense of cultural awareness and relevance to the role
- Identifying key events, openings and opportunities aligned with the business
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of panels, talks and industry events

- Proven experience as a PA, EA or in a similar support role
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Naturally proactive with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet, professional and confident supporting senior stakeholders
Highly Desirable
- A genuine interest in luxury, fashion, culture and lifestyle
- Strong personal taste and aesthetic awareness
- Experience creating or maintaining beautiful, well-run environments
- Confidence in recommending restaurants, venues, gifts and experiences
- Experience working with creatives, talent or in a cultural setting
