A highly regarded boutique estate agency specialising in some of London's most sought-after properties is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team.
Operating across South Kensington and Notting Hill, this is an opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients, premium properties, and a business that prides itself on delivering an exceptional level of service. This role is suited to a confident and polished property professional with a proven track record in residential lettings.
The Role
- Register and qualify prospective tenants.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings across Prime Central London.
- Negotiate offers and tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and local contacts.
- Generate new business opportunities and assist in winning instructions.
- Progress tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage of the lettings process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' residential lettings experience is essential.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, articulate, and highly presentable.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for property and client service.
