We are supporting to recruit a Recruitment & HR Administrator for a high profile organisation, who will be responsible for providing comprehensive recruitment and HR support.
Duties include:
- You will work with hiring managers, advising on the recruitment process, ensuring that recruitment paperwork is completed, including drafting job descriptions and adverts, obtaining right to hire approvals, advertising on appropriate recruitment job boards, such as LinkedIn and liaising with recruitment agencies.
- You will work with the hiring manager to support the shortlisting process and will manage all interview scheduling.
- Champion diversity in all conversations and recruitment activity. You will ensure that all candidates have a positive experience in their job search with the Household and will support the appointed candidate through their onboarding process, escalating concerns and queries to the HR team.
- This role will also support with HR administration tasks including, but not limited to, managing the onboarding process, dealing with first level employee queries, maintaining staff records, inputting of payroll for new starters and basic changes, collating HR reports for benefit administration and drafting and issuing employment change letters.
Requirements:
- You will have previous experience in working in a similar role, ideally in an in-house recruitment role with basic level HR administration.
- You should be self-motivated and proactive with strong administrative and organisational skills and a desire to drive improvements in recruitment and support with HR administration.
- You will be able to always maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and work with tact and discretion.
