Overview
We’re looking for a relationship-led Head of Lettings to lead and grow a high-performing lettings function across a diverse residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building trust, nurturing long-term partnerships and leading teams to deliver consistent, people-focused service.
You’ll act as a senior point of contact for residents, clients and partners, ensuring strong communication, high occupancy and long-term retention through a relationship-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with residents, guardians, landlords and partners.
- Lead and develop a customer-focused lettings team with high communication and service standards.
- Drive occupancy and retention through relationship-led lettings strategy.
- Act as a senior escalation point, managing complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
