What you’ll do:

  • Process supplier and subcontractor payments
  • Manage AP/AR and bank reconciliations
  • Support monthly management accounts
  • Track development costs against budgets
  • Assist with VAT and CIS returns

About you:

  • 1–3 years’ finance experience
  • AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or relevant degree)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Property or construction experience a bonus
