Our high-profile client is seeking a polished and proactive Private Estate Manager to oversee an exceptional portfolio of private residences across London, the South of England, and key international locations. This is not your average 9-5 – you’ll be hands-on, on the move, and at the heart of an exquisite, fast-paced world.

The Role Includes:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Being the go-to person for all estate-related matters – nothing gets past you.
\\n\\t
• Booking and managing contractors, trades, and suppliers with military precision.
\\n\\t
• Navigating planning applications and liaising with planning agents – you speak fluent bureaucracy.
\\n\\t
• Regular travel between properties to ensure standards are impeccable (and yes, you’ll need a suitcase packed).
\\n\\t
• Overseeing refurbishments, landscaping, and interior updates – think country house to cosmopolitan penthouse.
\\n\\t
• Working directly with the client – they’re hands-on, meticulous, and expect the same. You’ll need to anticipate needs before they’re even spoken.

What We’re Looking For:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• A seasoned estate/property manager with experience in ultra-high-net-worth environments.
\\n\\t
• Unflappable, with a hawk’s eye for detail – if a picture frame is 2mm off, you’ll spot it.
\\n\\t
• Strong knowledge of planning permissions, contract negotiations, and scheduling.
\\n\\t
• Happy working independently, but confident working closely with an exacting, highly involved principal.
\\n\\t
• Willingness to travel frequently – this is very much a boots-on-the-ground role.
\\n\\t
• Impeccable discretion and confidentiality. Always.
