We are seeking a hands-on administrator. The role is very varied and you will be at the heart of the setting, perfect for someone who loves being the glue that holds everything together! You will provide essential administrative and client support, working closely with the Creative Director to keep everything running smoothly and clients happy. The role requires someone who is calm under pressure, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy education setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Admin Support
- Greet and assist students, parents and clients, using bio metrics facial scan.
- Support student attendance tracking and follow-up procedures.
- Answer calls within a friendly and professional manner and be comfortable discussing the courses on offer.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain shared calendars.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support general office administration (filing, supplies, data entry, etc.).
- Assist with social media posts, newsletters, and community announcements.
- Help coordinate outreach campaigns, events, or workshops.
- Maintain contact lists and databases.
- Gather feedback and help improve community engagement.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentations.
- Perform other duties as required to support team operations.
- Working closely with the marketing and communications team.
- Assist with basic accounts, including invoice processing, receipts, and expense reconciliation.
