The Role

This is a dynamic, admin-heavy role at the heart of the office. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including preparing property brochures, client correspondence, and legal documents
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and property databases with absolute accuracy

  • Assist in the production of marketing materials and online property listings
  • Oversee diary management and internal scheduling for the team
  • Ensure compliance with AML and other regulatory procedures
  • Support with ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth and professional running of the new office

  • Confident and articulate communicator – able to liaise with HNWIs and senior stakeholders with ease
  • Strong IT skills – confident using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and online platforms
  • Highly organised, efficient, and proactive
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive client information
  • A team player with a calm, can-do attitude, especially under pressure
