Key Responsibilities
- Complex and ever-changing international diary management
- Coordinating extensive global travel itineraries across multiple time zones
- Managing visas, logistics and detailed travel schedules
- Preparing and processing expenses with exceptional accuracy
- Acting as the CEO's gatekeeper, ensuring their time is managed to maximum efficiency
- Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
