We’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant (Delivery) to join our team. You’ll work closely with Principal Consultants on live roles, focusing on identifying and placing top-tier candidates across global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Principal Consultants on active, high-value roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients globally
- Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining a high level of service
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (100 dials per day, 4 first interviews per week)
- 6 month - 5 years’ recruitment experience
- Proven track record of billing and hitting targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working across global markets is advantageous
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (average deal size $30k)
