Location: Initially office based in Nottingham for the first 6 months (minimum 3 days per week). Thereafter you may relocate anywhere within the UK.
Salary: Starting at £29,000 basic salary & benefits, rising to roughly £60,000 after 4 years, dependent on performance.
Start date: September 2026 (exact date to be confirmed).
Online test: Applicants will receive an online psychometric test upon CV submission which must be completed before the closing date.

Role of Associate Business Consultant:
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed newly or recently qualified graduates, Early Careers Consultants, or those looking for a career change to join our Graduate/Accelerator Training Programme in September 2026.
- Gain an in‑depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
- Become a respected and credible Microsoft Dynamics Business Consultant quickly.
- Develop expertise in your field and become a trusted advisor to our customers.

You will be based in our consultancy department and provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation. Commercial focus, positive self‑starter attitude, relationship‑building, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills are essential.
About You (the Essentials):
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent qualifications/experience) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months during training.
- Proactive, confident and understand the business landscape.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
- Ability to drive with access to a vehicle.
