Location: Home-based with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required.

Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for building and growing the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) business across the UK by strengthening our market presence, driving demand, and securing new opportunities. You will lead digital and market‑facing initiatives, collaborating closely with the global EIM sales team to evolve the service portfolio and bring new business to market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the EIM sales pipeline across the UK.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the global EIM sales team on service portfolio enhancements.
  • Clearly articulate the value of EIM solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage outbound sales activities using relevant tools and applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills and experience in a commercial environment.
  • Experience in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) area – AP automation, DMS, process automation, IDM.
  • Knowledge of outbound sales activities and specific tools and applications.
  • Understanding of SaaS and project delivery.
  • Full driver’s licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Curious mindset – willing to challenge the status quo and improve.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external colleagues.
  • Commitment to personal development and becoming a trusted advisor.

Benefits these sessions are planned in advance within two‑week blocks. We encourage customer‑facing staff to visit the office at least once a month for team and client meetings, but central HQ or any Cubo office can be used as preferred.
