Accelerator / Cross-Train - Associate Business Consultant in Nottingham

About the Role

Following the completion of the 12‑month initial training, you can base yourself anywhere in the UK subject to appropriate progression through the programme. Whilst we work in digital transformation and ERP systems, we aren’t after "Techies" – we are looking for professionals with 3+ years’ experience, looking to change career to join our Accelerator Programme.

You will be based in our consultancy department and will provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation. It is therefore essential that you are commercially focused, a positive self‑starter and have strong relationship‑building, interpersonal, organisational, and oral/written communication skills.

Self‑driven to achieve set milestones, you take opportunities to flourish and grow your professional brand as a trusted digital advisor. Willing to go the extra mile to achieve success for the customer, this is not your average 9‑5 kind of role.

Willingness to relocate to Nottingham / Office Based for a minimum of 12 months. You should be proactive, confident and understand the business landscape gained through professional working experience. You will need to have the flexibility to travel both within the UK and abroad, and must have the ability to drive with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience (not limited to technical roles).
• Proactive, confident, and a strong understanding of the business landscape.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham and work office based for at least 12 months.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
• Ability to drive with access to a vehicle.
