Columbus, a global leader in digital solutions and consulting, is thrilled to announce our 2026 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Graduate Programme is now open for registration. Whilst we work in digital transformation and ERP systems, we aren’t after “Techies” – our graduates come from a range of subject backgrounds and are trained to be client‑facing business consultants.
Location & Training
Initial 6‑month training is office‑based in Nottingham (Cubo, Standard Court, NG1). After completion you may base yourself anywhere in the UK.
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary: ÂŁ29,000 basic, rising to about ÂŁ60,000 after four years dependent on performance. Benefits include:

Role & Responsibilities
You will be based in our consultancy department and provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
- Building client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Driving business outcomes for customers.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for six months of training.
- Proactive, confident and able to understand the business landscape.
- Flexibility to travel within UK and abroad.
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle availability.
