Columbus, a global leader in digital solutions, is launching its 2026 Microsoft D365 Graduate Programme, open for registration. Graduates come from diverse academic backgrounds and are trained as client‐facing business consultants.
Location: Initial 6‐month training is office‐based in Nottingham (Cubo, Standard Court, NG1). After training, placement is open across the UK.
Salary: Starting at ~£29,000 basic salary with benefits, rising to ~£60,000 after four years based on performance.
Start Date: September 2026 (exact date to be confirmed).
Online Test: Applicants will receive an online psychometric test after submitting a CV, which must be completed before the test closing date.

Role Responsibilities:
- Gain in‐depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
- Become a respected and credible Dynamics Business Consultant.

- Contribute throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for six months.
- Proactive, confident, and familiar with the business landscape.
- Flexible to travel within the UK and abroad.
- Valid driving licence and vehicle access.
