Associate Business Consultant – Accelerator Programme
Location: Nottingham office‑based for the initial 12 months (minimum three days per week). After training, you may base yourself anywhere in the UK.
Salary: £29,000 basic salary & benefits, rising to approximately £60,000 after four years, dependent on performance.

Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy expertise throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Engage with clients, gather requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Deliver presentations and business proposals.
- Document processes and maintain project documentation.
- Travel within the UK and abroad as required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in any field.
- Self‑driven, proactive, confident, and capable of becoming a trusted digital advisor.
- Strong relationship‑building, interpersonal, organisational, and oral/written communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Nottingham or work from the office for a minimum of 12 months.
- Willingness to go the extra mile beyond a typical 9‑5 role.
- Ability to travel within the UK and abroad.
- Must have access to a vehicle for driving.
