Job Title: D365 CE Technical Solutions Architect – Dynamics CRM
Location: Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required
Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)
Bonus: Yes

Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites – expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

The role of Technical Solutions Architect – D365 CE
- Involvement in pre-sale activities from time to time, such as high-level scoping and proof of concept demonstrations.
- Validate and oversee technical aspects of the CXE team’s work to ensure best practice is adopted and solutions meet required Quality standards on all projects.
- Mentor and validate work completed by junior team members as part of their ongoing development.
- Review, validate, and approve technical solution designs within projects, both standalone and cross Business Line
- Analyse and design customers’ custom requirements on key complex projects and support others to achieve the same aims
- Hold technical requirements gathering workshops with your customers.
- Advise on data migration and integration solutions.
- Analyse functional and technical requirements based on the customer’s needs
Travel and Hybrid Working
We have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance for you and your family, whether you want to work from home or at one of our luxury Cubo offices around the UK.
We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working.
We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month, and also team meetings and client meetings; however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.
About You (The Essentials)
- PL-400, and PL-600 or the ability to achieve
- Highly experienced in 2011, 2013,2015, 2016, D365 versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Programming Languages such as C, C#, HTML, VB, .Net, SQL Server 2008 – 2019
- Broad experience of working on all phases of enterprise client projects, including;- configuration, customisation, developing plugins, custom workflow assemblies, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Full driver\’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
- Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
- Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
