• Title: D365 CE Technical Solutions Architect – Dynamics CRM
• Location: Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required
• Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)
• Bonus: Yes
• Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)
• Medical Insurance: Yes (terms apply) plus additional Health Cashback Plan
• Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)
• Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites – expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sale activities, including high-level scoping and proof of concept demonstrations.
• Validate and oversee technical work to ensure best practices and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and review technical solutions.
• Design and analyze customer requirements, support complex projects, and facilitate workshops.
• Advise on data migration and integration solutions.

Travel and Work Environment

Flexible work arrangements include remote work and office presence. Travel to client sites may be required, with planning in advance. Monthly office visits are encouraged but not mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

• PL-400, and PL-600 certifications
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (versions 2011-2016, D365)
• Programming skills in C#, HTML, VB, .Net, SQL Server (2008-2019)
• Experience across all project phases, including configuration, customization, and stakeholder management.
• Full driver’s license and vehicle access.
• Curious mindset, collaborative attitude, commitment to personal development.
