D365 CE Technical Solutions Architect – Dynamics CRM
Location:
Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required
Salary:
Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

- Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites – expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

Role Responsibilities:
- Involvement in pre-sale activities, such as scoping and proof of concept demonstrations.
- Validate and oversee technical work to ensure best practices and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Review and approve technical solution designs.
- Analyze and support complex customer requirements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops.
- Advise on data migration and integration solutions.
Travel and Hybrid Working:
Flexible work environment with options for remote work and planned onsite visits. Monthly office presence encouraged but not mandatory.
Candidate Requirements:
- PL-400, and PL-600 or ability to achieve.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, D365.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C#, HTML, VB, .Net, SQL Server 2008-2019.
- Experience across all project phases including configuration, customization, development, and stakeholder management.
- Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Curiosity and a desire to challenge the status quo.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Commitment to personal development and trusted advisory status.
