We are looking for professionals with 3+ years of experience who want to change career and join our Accelerator Programme.
Location – Nottingham office-based for the initial training of 12 months, minimum 3 days in our office per week – Cubo, Standard Court, NG1 or on customer site. After 12 months, potential to base yourself anywhere in the UK subject to progression through the programme.
Salary – £29,000 basic salary with benefits (rising to around £60,000 after 4 years depending on performance).

The role
Associate Business Consultant works within our consultancy department, providing consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation. You should be commercially focused, a positive self-starter, and possess strong relationship-building, interpersonal, organisational, and oral/written communication skills.
Previous Accelerators have come from varied professions, and we are looking for determined, committed, and resilient consultants to join our Accelerator Training Programme in September 2026 (ideally).
