Role Overview
In this role, you will partner closely with our sales team and customers to create tailored solutions that really make a difference. You will help shape strategies, lead discovery sessions, and share your ideas in ways that position Columbus as a trusted partner. You will respond to RFx requests, scope solutions, and craft presentations that are clear, engaging, and easy for customers to connect with. Working alongside consultants and specialists, you will bring solutions to life while growing your own expertise in industries, products, or methodologies. Over time, you will also get to deliver inspiring demos of the Infor M3 Cloud Suites and play an active role in shaping how we work, train and improve our services.
Work Environment
We provide a flexible work-life balance with the option to work from home or at a Columbus office. Flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements. On-site time is planned in two-week blocks so you know well in advance where you will be working. We encourage customer-facing roles to come into the office at least once a month. You may work regularly from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office if you prefer.

- Work with consultants and specialists to deliver solutions and grow expertise in relevant industries.
- Deliver inspiring demos of the Infor M3 Cloud Suites.
- Contribute to service improvement, training and knowledge sharing.
Key Qualifications
- Experienced in a similar commercial presale or consultant role.
- Significant experience with the Infor M3 ERP or Infor Cloud Suites.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Experience working in a partner environment.
- Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
