This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the intersection of culture, brand, audience growth, and live events. We're looking for a strategic marketer with strong creative instincts, proven leadership experience, and a deep understanding of how to build demand.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the overarching brand and marketing strategy across all music businesses
  • Managing and developing a team of Marketing Managers across multiple brands and venues
  • Overseeing content, creative, and design teams to deliver standout campaigns and content strategies
  • Driving audience growth, ticket sales, and long‑term demand
  • Leading paid media strategy, audience development, and CRM direction
  • Ensuring each brand has a clear, distinct voice, identity, and positioning
  • Building marketing systems, processes, and reporting structures to improve performance
  • Partnering with senior leadership on long‑term growth strategy and new business opportunities
  • Overseeing marketing across our music businesses, shaping brand positioning, leading campaigns, driving revenue, and managing a high‑performing team

Qualifications

  • Significant senior‑level marketing experience within music, culture, entertainment, nightlife, or live events
  • Understanding of how to build culturally relevant brands that drive commercial performance
  • Experience managing creative, content, and marketing teams
  • Strategic mindset while remaining highly executional and detail‑oriented
  • Strong understanding of audience psychology, digital marketing, and modern discovery behavior
  • Excellent creative judgment and high standards for brand and design
  • Ability to balance short‑term commercial results with long‑term brand building
