As a Retail Associate, you will represent our Company, Brands, and products to our consumers. You will serve consumers and share product information to help them find products that meet their needs. Retail Associates support the flow of products into the store and onto the sales floor to ensure product representation and accessibility. You will contribute to store profitability through accurate and efficient process execution and support the Store Leadership team in our mission.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE- Maintain store and visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; restock merchandise from stock rooms and inventory locations.
- Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) efficiently and accurately; connect consumers to loyalty programs.
- Contribute to store profitability by accurately processing incoming and outgoing products.
- Respond to consumer questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability; understand their needs and assist with buying decisions.
- Support company values to enhance the customer experience and teamwork.
- Acquire necessary knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs for daily operations.
- No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a related position or field.
