An exciting opportunity has arisen our Consultant Relations team. The team is a well-established Global team with a broad array of products utilised by investment consultants. In this junior level role, you will support the existing team in servicing UK-based consultants, with the aim of retaining buy ratings and achieving new buy ratings from investment consultants.
You will support an established and well known consultant relations team to continue to enhance Columbia Threadneedle\βs brand and reputation with investment consultants.
You will assist the team in maintaining and servicing existing ratings on the firm\βs investment capabilities ensuring timely responses to queries, coordinating DDQs, data requests and ongoing requests from research and client consultants. Ensuring prompt general consultant query management by providing consultants with information on the products they rate/have clients invested in.
You will co-ordinate and collaborate with colleagues on the investment floor, client service, RFP, performance measurement and client reporting in order to provide deliverables to consultants in a timely manner.
You will foster close relationships with the consultants you liaise with and internal teams. Build internal networks with key business areas and also relationships with junior consultants.
Assist the Consultant Relations Directors with consultant meeting preparation and have the opportunity to participate in consultant research and product update meetings with the Investment Team and Consultant Relations colleagues.
Ensure all activities are saved in the CRM system and all lists are up-to-date for marketing purposes. Proactively identify needs and propose recommendations.
Assist the Head of Consultant Relations, EMEA with the production of management information, for example. number of ratings, consultant opportunities, team activities etc.
