Job Description
Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are… The Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for system enhancements or new implementations. Additionally, the analyst will perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and minimizing business disruption.
How you'll spend your time

- Documenting business and technical requirements for process enhancements or bug fixes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
