What you’ll do:
- Analyse complex business and data challenges using strong analytical methods and asset management knowledge to deliver actionable insights.
- Lead business and data analysis for projects, defining approaches, deliverables, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Translate business needs into clear data and functional requirements, documenting current and future processes for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, solution architects, technical teams, and stakeholders to design practical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to support informed decision‑making.
- Produce concise documentation, including requirements, process maps, operating models, and data flow visuals.
What you bring:
- Must have strong domain knowledge in Asset Management, with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of stakeholder management experience, with the ability to effectively manage and influence challenging stakeholders.
- Proven experience analysing complex business problems in asset management or financial services.
- Expertise in leading business analysis activities, securing consensus, and delivering on project goals.
- Skilled in creating clear documentation: requirements, process maps, operating models, and data flow diagrams.
- Experience facilitating workshops, designing solutions, supporting UAT, and obtaining stakeholder sign‑off.
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts (AWS/Snowflake) and third‑party BI tools, including their advantages/disadvantages.
