- What You’ll Do
- Conduct CV screening and carry out telephone interviews with candidates for a range of roles across Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, managing offers and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Assist with Early Careers projects and initiatives, including event planning, programme coordination, preparation of marketing materials and continuous improvement tasks.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to improve candidate attraction strategies through careers fairs, insight events, networking opportunities and digital engagement campaigns.
- Provide on-site and virtual support for interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in Workday and other recruitment systems, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition, in-house or agency, with experience in graduate and early careers recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including CV sifting, candidate screening and interview booking.
- Proficient in using recruitment systems/ATS (Workday experience advantageous) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with confidence engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive, high-quality candidate experience.
- Proactive, willing to learn and improve processes, taking ownership of deliverables; interest in and understanding of the financial services sector desirable.
