40 hours per week

Up to ÂŁ41,500 (including Car Allowance) + annual bonus.

Based at Colten House in Ringwood (BH24 3FE) with regular travel across our portfolio of care homes in Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire & West Sussex.

About the Role

As a Senior Team Leader, you will provide strategic and hands‐on leadership across our portfolio of homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspiring and developing Companion Team Leaders across multiple locations.
  • Ensuring meaningful, person‐centred activities are delivered in line with company strategy.
  • Acting as a role model and mentor to promote strong team leadership.
  • Conducting monthly support visits to homes.
  • Collaborating with Home Managers, Clinical Leads and support teams.
  • Supporting recruitment including screening, shortlisting, and interviewing.
  • Overseeing minibus planning and ensuring safe, varied community engagement.
  • Managing activity delivery within agreed budgets.
  • Ensuring all home rotas are in line with department guidelines.

About You

You will:

  • Be passionate about enhancing the lives of older people through Music, Arts, and meaningful engagement.
  • Have strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Be confident working across multiple sites.
  • Be highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Business insurance is required due to travel during working hours.
