Colten Care's Braemar Lodge in Salisbury is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare fresh, home‑cooked meals from local produce, lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence, and ensure nutritious, balanced meals for residents.
We offer career development and pay enhancements; shifts finish by 7:30pm, with paid breaks and an annual pay review. City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ Level 3 preferred, previous similar role experience expected.
