Are you looking for that next step to champion clinical / quality excellence? If so this is the job for you. It's to be part of our assurance team of 5 driving forward our clinical excellence and quality standards.
The role is based from our Head Office in Ringwood. You will work supporting a cluster of homes (approx. 7) supporting our Clinical Leads in each home to drive forward clinical and quality excellence. It's key to making a real difference to the lives of our residents and supporting them to live fulfilled lives.
You will be a regular visitor to our homes undertaking focused visits supporting the clinical needs of the home and supporting the actions required from the compliance audits. You will be the clinical go-to person for the Clinical Leads and Nursing teams and therefore you will need to be at the top of your game with clinical knowledge and expertise. You will know what excellent clinical care is all about and you will be able to use your expertise to guide, support and work with our nursing teams.
To deliver consistent clinical excellence you will also support the homes and play a key and essential role in shaping Clinical Governance.
