You’ll lead the home’s team, manage resources and drive excellence in person-centred care, working closely with your Clinical Lead to maintain CQC standards and occupancy.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll build a clear vision for the home, develop community links, promote the service locally and ensure smooth operation with strong governance and staff development.
