Operations Manager Salary- £59,500, plus bonus (Inclusive of Car allowance) Introduction We are looking for an experienced multi-site Manager who can lead and inspire a large team across our 21 care homes. You will have specific responsibility for the activity team 40 plus home-based staff, Senior Companionship Team Leaders and a team of 5 minibus drivers. Based at Colten House, Ringwood with regular travel across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex, youll provide strategic direction to the home based Companionship Teams.
