We are seeking a nurse to join our dedicated clinical team and become an integral part of the clinical decision-making process in our care homes. The position is available at our stunning home, Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex.

Youll work with fellow Nurses and Senior Care Leads. Our knowledgeable and accessible Clinical and Quality team experts are on hand, with 24/7 on-call support if you need them. They are regular visitors to our homes offering guidance and support where needed. Youll build lasting relationships with our residents making a meaningful difference in their health and well-being every day translating our care philosophy of All About Me into a reality.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and sound judgment. Excellent communication skills and a positive \”can-do\” attitude are essential. You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and have a sense of fun.
You should also have experience promoting best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other crucial clinical interventions.
