Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day line management of the administration team and manage the administration function of the care home.
  • Deliver the highest possible level of customer care so that residents and families feel at home.
  • Greet and escort visitors, conduct viewings, and handle telephone and email enquiries and correspondence.
  • Carry out general office duties and financial management tasks.
  • Manage basic recruitment administration and maintain contact with other Colten Care departments.
  • Handle client admission and occupancy records.
  • Provide support to the Home Manager with various administrative tasks.

About You

  • Essential that you have previous experience supervising a team with a proven track record in administration and/or reception.
  • Front of house experience with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
  • Confident in literacy and numeracy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks.
  • Flexible, approachable, well-organised and able to prioritise.
  • Essential requirement: Business insurance is essential due to travel during work hours.
