Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day line management of the administration team and manage the administration function of the care home.
- Deliver the highest possible level of customer care so that residents and families feel at home.
- Greet and escort visitors, conduct viewings, and handle telephone and email enquiries and correspondence.
- Carry out general office duties and financial management tasks.
- Manage basic recruitment administration and maintain contact with other Colten Care departments.
- Handle client admission and occupancy records.
- Provide support to the Home Manager with various administrative tasks.
About You
- Essential that you have previous experience supervising a team with a proven track record in administration and/or reception.
- Front of house experience with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
- Confident in literacy and numeracy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks.
- Flexible, approachable, well-organised and able to prioritise.
- Essential requirement: Business insurance is essential due to travel during work hours.
