Introduction: We’re looking for a reliable and committed Kitchen Porter to join our team at St Catherines View in Winchester, Hampshire. You’ll take pride in your role, ensuring dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are spotless, and maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen environment. You’ll support the chef in offering a consistent, nutritious daily menu using fresh local produce, making a meaningful difference to our residents’ health and well-being. We aim to inspire, develop, and motivate our staff through a successful succession plan.
